I am trying to add a Smart Plug to the application, but it does not work. What to do?

 - Reset the socket holding the button for 5 seconds;
 - Make sure that the password for the wifi network is correct and connected to the network 2.4GHz
 - Try again add socket to the application.
 - Turn off the application completely (do not leave switched on in the background), and then run it
 - Restart your phone / tablet
