How to send the device to the service?

To send the defective device to our service, follow these steps:

For packages with device must be inserted:

- Proof of purchase or a photocopy,
- A description of the problem (in the case of satellite receivers cooperating with the so-called. Splitter please give the manufacturer and model of the device)
- signed guarantee card (signature on the warranty card is tantamount to acceptance of the terms of the warranty)
- return address and phone number (mandatory).

Note: The device must be properly secured and packed for transport (preferably in several layers of bubble wrap and cardboard box)

or

2. to address a package and send at their own expense directly to the service:
