For each factory packaging of our product is added warranty card, which is the last page of User Manual in English or is a separate document. If the warranty card is missing should be reported to the seller that completed its absence.
Proof of purchase and the warranty card are documents required for all warranty claims.
If you lose the warranty card by the end customer service does not seem to duplicate it.
